Banning Delta 8 & 9: Senate Committee on State Affairs

With the increasing prevalence of cannabinoid products being marketed and sold to minors, the importance of regualting these substances prompted the Senate Committee on State Affairs to consider the issue in its interim hearing. TCCRI submitted testimony to the committee which contained background information, examples highlighting the importance of the issue and recommendations to Legislature.
